Real Estate investing in Kansas and Missouri is one of my passions and specialties! As an investor-friendly agent, I have first-hand experience as an investor myself.  

I specialize in working with RE investors and organizations on new developments. My roster of investor clients includes those interested in BRRR, fix and flip, short and long-term rentals, multi-family and new development.

My background in Project Management provides additional benefits to out-of-state and local clients that need boots-on-the-ground support to manage their projects. I have extensive experience sourcing land for new development and the necessary due diligence process.

This includes Phase 1 Environmental Assessments (ESA), land surveys, lot consolidation and lot splits, interviewing builders and contractors and working with local municipalities. Through this I have built strong strategic and reliable relationships with various service providers including inspectors, lenders, title, contractors, trades-professionals and more.
